This nonprofit, which has donated over six thousand vests nationwide, will provide Toby with a five-pound vest worth $1,800, featuring embroidery and a five-year warranty. Toby, trained for tracking and suspect takedowns, will wear the vest during duty, following in the footsteps of fellow ALEA K9 Macs who received a similar vest last year.
