Auburn City Leaders Unveil Massive Mixed-Use Development: The Foundry
Auburns first-ever Planned Unit Development (PUD), The Foundry, is set to transform the city with a sprawling 282-acre project. Developed by Warren Jolly, this mixed-use development will include apartments, single-family homes, commercial spaces, office spaces, and open areas, including a greenway. The project, which could take up to 20 years to complete, has cleared key hurdles with the City Council, but final approval is still needed.
