I'm not spiritual. Should I be? It's a dilemma. I feel connected to the world, to others, perhaps even to a higher purpose. But I struggle to describe myself as spiritual. Maybe Martina Coogan could help.
Do we need to be spiritual to live a good life? Is it even worth thinking about such higher concepts?
