This week we get to chat with Ross from Hyphagrown; a commercial No-Till operation out of Northern Michigan. This company has been successfully operating vertical raised beds, running No-Till, on factory racking systems for years. They are active in their efforts to reduce the operations carbon footprint by re-purposing dehumidification water, composting their 'waste' products and recycling things that most operations throw away after each run... Like their stalks, stems, dirt and pots. There are hurdles in running scaled up Regenerative/No-Till operations and we can't wait to field some questions and dive deeper into it.
