The fact of the matter is that we all have biases, regardless of whether we are young or old. In the ever-changing and modern working world, it is imperative that we are aware of our biases to ensure that we can work effectively with different types of people across different nationalities and cultural groups.
It is essential to learn to work effectively in diverse teams. Research conducted by McKinsey revealed that companies that place an emphasis on diversity have a 15% growth in their net profit above their industry mediums.

Instead of working to eliminate bias together, Williams believes that we should accept that we are a result of our environment and inherently biased.
