"Imagine the Irony: the Federal Government suing a State for enforcing the laws the Federal Government refuses to enforce!" Boy, I wish I said that! (It was, instead, a YouTube comment from 'Mr. Occyc') The Supreme Court has ruled that Texas Governor Abbott has overstepped his authority... but that decision legally turns on the difference between 'immigration' and 'invasion,' and if it is the latter Texas should have the right to do the job that the Federal Government not only refuses to do... is the job the Federal Government refuses to allow ANYONE to do.
