このホテルは７５階建てで、５００以上の部屋があります。１泊の平均の値段は、日本のお金で２万円以下です。家族で旅行に来る人に泊まってもらおうと考えて、周りのホテルより値段を安くしています。
ドバイには、建物の高さが世界で最も高い１０のホテルのうち、７つが集まっています。
