In this episode, Mandy and Gillian welcome IFBB Bikini Pro Fallon Wainwright, a wife and mother of 2 girls ages 14 and 5. Fallon is a clinical researcher who began competing in 2020 earning her pro card at Masters Nationals in July of 2022. Fallon shares her experience beginning her competition journey just a year after the birth of her youngest daughter and her path to earning her pro card after much perseverance and dedication! As a mom of two, Fallon shares with our audience how she juggles mom life with her professional career AND her career as a pro bikini athlete! Fallon also discusses the unexpected loss of her father during her 2023 season and how she overcame grief to find renewed purpose and passion for the sport of bikini bodybuilding!
