Today we have Scott Sherin on the show. Scott is 23 years young from NJ, a graduate from the University of Delaware in 2020 studying finance and entrepreneurship. He currently owns one rental property in Indianapolis, and is actively writing offers to expand his real estate portfolio while working full time from home. Scott is a life-long learner who became fully sold on the idea of F.I.R.E. (Financial Independence Retire Early) a year or two ago through podcasts, youtube videos, and books.
