Tim Stone is a full time college student and full time real estate investor. He currently lives and buys investment property in the growing city of Chattanooga, TN.
Before graduating high school, he started a real estate photography business which allowed him to pay cash for his college tuition. Now at the age of 20, he is already managing a portfolio of 48 units and just getting started.
