Today on the show we have my good friend Ernesto Hernandez here to talk about what it means to be a remote real estate investor and adding value to others.
Ernesto currently resides in Oakland CA, but was born in Mexico, and considers himself a bay area native. He invests in California and Indianapolis, and while he acquired his first property in 2013, he didn't intentionally invest until 2 years ago. Ernesto takes great pride in helping fellow newbie investors achieve success earlier in their investing journey by helping them gain clarity in their strategy, criteria and processes as he actively does the same.
