Upon his release from prison, Casey landed a job making signs and today runs his own company, Samiah Signs.
In the first part of this episode, Casey reflects on his violent past as a gang member and the transformative experiences that led him to write his books, highlighting the importance of redemption and positive impact. Casey began his violent journey in the LA gang scene at just 11 years old, where he quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a feared "shot caller" by age 18. Casey also recalls how his early years were spoiled by severe domestic violence from his father but also how he was able to redeem his life.
