Today, with over 40 employees and a 25,000 sq./ft. facility, it exceeds $130 million in yearly sales. Roman's candid, no-nonsense approach has also made his YouTube channel a hit, attracting over 200,000 followers and leading to collaborations with top names in the luxury watch industry like Watch Eric and Producer Michael.
