It was from this passion that he developed a very strong acumen for creating content and decided to take that knowledge into the world of YouTube.

Derral says that YouTube uses this same principle; it’s about how they respond to content and how they react to different people. This, as well as the figures that come with it, make up the formula for success on YouTube.

It’s a process of analyzing and adjusting your plan, whether for YouTube, your business, or even a creative project. Reasonable self-analysis and critique can benefit you monumentally.
