Show Notes

Amy Dowden is a professional dancer, best known for being one of the pros on Strictly Come Dancing, one of the UK’s most-watched TV programmes. Amy has shown phenomenal strength and resilience throughout her whole life. As a teen she was diagnosed with Crohn’s - an inflammatory bowel disease - and in May last year, she was diagnosed with grade 3 breast cancer at just 32. But last month she received the incredible news that her latest check up shows "no sign of the disease". Amy’s ill-health has never stopped her from dancing and achieving her dreams - and this interview will inspire anyone who listens. A new series of her hit show Dare to Dance is out now.
