Rory McIlroy Wins the Scottish Open, Steph Curry’s Tournament Win, and Picks and Preview for the Open Championship at Royal Liverpool
Rory Mcilroy got back into the winners circle this past week at the Scottish Open for the first time since October of 2022. After leaving a make-able birdie putt on the 16th hole to the low side, he trailed the hometown Scotsman Robert MacIntyre by 1 shot heading into the final 2 holes. After knocking in the birdie on 17 he was faced with a 210 yard approach to the 18th- the toughest hole on the PGA Tour and a hole that had only been birdied twice during the entire round. He knocked his 2 iron to 10 feet and sunk the putt for his 37th career professional win.
