A star studded field rolls into Torrey Pines for the American Express. Scottie Scheffler makes his 2026 debut as the overwhelming favorite, but this tournament has historically seen long shots come out victorious, including Nick Dunlap winning the event as an amateur in 2024. The DP World Tour stays in Dubai at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic with Rory McIlroy and Viktor Hovland in the field. After losing Brooks Koepka earlier this month, LIV golf gained a highly ranked amateur in Michael La Sasso, who will forego his current amateur status and Masters invite to join LIV Golf.
