Honestly, I think this is some pretty basic stuff that many believers have ignored. Surveying some Bible passages on the topic of anger and how we ought to handle it. Specifically, we are told not to bottle it up and not to let it out. But if that's the case, how are Christians supposed to deal with anger? The biblical answer is to "put it off".
