The word dispensation is a good old English word from the King James translation of the Bible. Its presence and meaning certainly must be examined. While Ron suggests that the fact of dispensations cannot be Biblically disputed, he also suggests that his perspective on dispensations will be challenging to both dispensationalists and non-dispensationalists.
