In Daniel 11:33-35, Church-age believers are seen as the "wise ones" who will give understanding specifically to the people of ethnic Israel. They will teach knowledge designed to refine and purge the people of Israel right up until the end of the age. The result will be that, after Christ returns, many of Israel will call upon the name of the Lord and be saved!
