The number one mistake when it comes to studying foreign languages is the word “studying” and tearing a foreign language like a school subject that one has to study. The second biggest mistake is tearing a foreign language as something foreign. Luckily for language learners both mistakes can be corrected by incorporating the method of immersion and making a new language a part of one’s life instead of something that one has to study.
