Will Guidara is the former owner of Eleven Madison Park, a restaurant that once held the #1 spot on The World's 50 Best Restaurants list. He is often referred to as a master in hospitality - both in and out of the restaurant industry - which inspired him to write his first book, Unreasonable Hospitality; the remarkable power of giving people more than they expect.
