<p>The experiences of black PR professionals in the industry is the focus of latest podcast from PRWeek UK, which follows recent research on the topic.</p><p>Our guest on Beyond the Noise this week is Kamiqua Lake, founder of The Black Comms Network, which partnered with PRWeek on the new report called <a href="https://www.prweek.com/article/1882388/two-three-black-pr-pros-consider-leaving-industry-new-research-finds" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">One Step Forward Two Steps Black</a>.</p><p>The report, based on a survey of 170 professionals and conducted by Opinium, examines the lived experience of black and mixed race communications practitioners in the UK.</p><p>Beyond the Noise looks at some of the biggest issues affecting communications and PR.
