<p>PR’s pay gaps, and how to close them, are the focus of the latest episode of PRWeek’s Beyond the Noise podcast.</p><p>This week has seen the launch of the 2024 <a href="https://www.prweek.com/article/1888355/prweek-reveals-pay-gaps-report-2024-agencies-closer-pay-parity" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Pay Gaps Report</a> from PRWeek and People Like Us, which sees UK PR agencies reveal their own gender and ethnicity pay gaps alongside analysis of the big trends.</p><p>To discuss the findings are Sheeraz Gulsher, co-founder of People Like Us; Jo Carr, co-founder of PR agency Hope&Glory and president of Women in PR; and Paul Joseph, partner at PR agency Full Fat.</p><p>Beyond the Noise looks at some of the biggest communications and PR issues.
