Jeffrey Moreland quit his job as a police officer because of a Parkinson's disease diagnosis. He assaulted and murdered 2 women, one of which was his ex-girlfriend's mother. Despite trying to elude law enforcement, they caught him when his ex-girlfriend identified him after seeing the composite sketch on a billboard.
