Peter Singer is an ethical and political philosopher best known for his work in bioethics and his role as one of the intellectual founders of the modern animal rights movement.

His book "Animal Liberation" is a cornerstone of ethical treatment of animals and has had far reaching effects in both kitchens and farms all across the planet.

His work is absolutely timeless, the questions he poses for us to answer remain pertinent.
