Kris Vallotton emphasizes the transformative power of the New Covenant established by Jesus. This covenant is marked by a spirit of reconciliation, highlighting God's desire to restore relationships. Unlike the Old Covenant, which often measured devotion through opposition to enemies, the New Covenant calls believers to love their enemies and pray for those who persecute them. Through Jesus' sacrificial act, we are invited into a relationship with God that is founded on grace, forgiveness, and the ultimate reconciliation of humanity with the Father.
