Steve Harvey has advice for...
O.C on Steve Harvey FM writes…. Over the last few weeks, I’ve taken a step back and realized that my kids are doing extremely well for themselves…and they don’t need me. So, I rewrote my will and decided that I would rather spend my money to make my remaining years amazing rather than put it away for them…especially since they don’t need it. My kids have seen the plans I’ve been making, and they know that things like trips and cruises aren’t cheap. They’ve voiced their concerns, but it’s becoming clear that their fears don’t have anything to do with my well-being…they’re worried about what’ll be left for them. I feel like it’s my money and I can do with it what I want. I don’t feel wrong…but why are they tripping?
Ricky on Stevey Harvey FM writes… I accidentally “ruined” my sister’s gender reveal. First off, no one told anyone it was a gender reveal, so it was apparently supposed to be a surprise. Secondly, when I went to the bathroom, I caught a glimpse of a bedroom with a door open…and it was filled with baby stuff…predominantly blue baby stuff. So, when I left the bathroom and said, “So, is it a boy?” the room got silent, and my sister was almost in tears, accusing me of making it “all about me” and “never wanting her to have any happiness.” I get that gender reveals are the big thing now, and perhaps I couldn’t have not been so quick to blurt that out…but I am failing to see how this is all my fault.
