Add the chickpeas to a bowl and mash</p> <p>2. Sauté the onions, carrots, celery, and garlic in olive oil</p> <p>3. Add the sautéed vegetables and remaining ingredients. Stir to combine</p> <p>4. Press the loaf mixture down into the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 30 min</p> <p>5. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and soy sauce for the topping</p> <p>6. After 30 minutes, remove foil and cover loaf with topping. Bake for 15 more min</p> <p> </p> <p>SESAME KALE</p> <p>Chopped kale</p> <p>Toasted sesame oil</p> <p>Garlic powder</p> <p>Salt</p> <p>Red pepper flakes</p> <p>Sesame seeds</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Heat the sesame oil in a large pan, then toss in the kale</p> <p>2. Add the salt, garlic, and red pepper flakes and cook for 5-7 min</p> <p>3. Remove from heat, add sesame seeds, and serve</p> <p> </p> <p>MASHED CAULIFLOWER</p> <p>Cauliflower</p> <p>Garlic</p> <p>Almond Milk</p> <p>Salt and pepper</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Bake cauliflower and garlic in oven for 30 min</p> <p>2. Add cauliflower, almond milk, garlic, salt, and pepper to blender.
