JP and Gov. Hogan discuss Hogan's feelings about this weekend's meeting between Baltimore and Washington, the latest on sports betting in the state and if Hogan gets insulted when he sees the franchise so desperate to build a stadium in DC. Once Hogan says goodbye, the trio of hosts preview Sunday's matchup by going through their Over/Under and 100 Chips segments.
