In this week's podcast, we talk to NCBA's Senior Director of Sustainability, Ashley McDonald, about NCBA's efforts to engage consumers and producers in the sustainability conversation and demonstrate “continuous improvement.” Ashley explains how the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Beef is at the forefront of that effort through the development of a sustainability framework, a draft set of resources for the entire beef community that recently underwent a 60-day public comment period.
