Serkan Tutar is an international award winning Turkish bellydancer & teacher, “Male Bellydancer of the world 2008” and winner of “Brandon Oasis 2006”, and organizer of the Rakkas Istanbul International Oriental Dance Festival. Serkan currently lives in Belgium, where he is renown for his Middle Eastern dance instruction and performances.
