Quarantining from a docked boat in France, Malia is here to discuss it all.&nbsp;Originally from Oregon, Malia had no idea the yachting industry was her true calling until a few years ago when she got a call from Below Deck casting. Having had past experience working on small boats and teaching scuba diving in Hawaii, Malia was working at a desk job in Colorado when the casting call came. Why not?, she said, and the rest is history.&nbsp;Malia discusses some of her more high maintenance guests, both on and off camera, some of the most over the top requests she has received during her yachting career, how to handle celebrities you need to say “no” to, and the biggest tip she has ever received.
