David welcomes David Parnes from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. Comfy in his back yard in the Hollywood Hills (birds chirping and all), David is ready to talk all about the new season of MDL-LA. Born and raised in London (unlike some accents on Bravo, this one is real), David moved to LA 11 years ago in hopes of that California dreamin' life. A life filled, of course, with real estate. Having no idea how they got his name, David jumped at the opportunity of being a cast member on the show having been a big fan and avid watcher of the MDL franchise prior. David Squared get into a deep discussion on the current state of the LA Real Estate Market and how it is currently (forever?) changed by the state of the world. Of course, with the new MDL season here and present, we discuss the properties, the gorgeous glorious expansive properties. Ahhhh. Ok enough of that, let's get to what really matters, David's thoughts on his fellow agents - The Josh’s Flagg and Altman, Tracy Tutor, and Madison, what filming the show is really like, stress and fun of closing deals on national television, and a glimpse of what we can expect the rest of this coming season.
