Increasingly, companies are insisting remote workers return to the office full time. This is causing tension between employees and management. However, there is evidence that forcing people to return is counterproductive and could result in a business losing it's best talent.
Professor Kevin Murphy, of University of Limerick joins Fran to discuss the pros and cons of WFH.
