Colt Ford was enjoying great success as a professional golfer when, at the age of 35, he decided to go all-in on a music career. He is arguably the most successful independent artist in country music, nearing 10 million sales of "Dirt Road Anthem" that he co-wrote with Brantley Gilbert which Jason Alden took to #1. He's getting restless from being off the road due to COVID show cancellations and is putting the finishing touches on his 8th album.
