Hanming Fang is Class of 1965 Term Professor of Economics and Professor of Health Care Management at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also the International Dean of the School of Entrepreneurship and Management at ShanghaiTech University in China. Professor Fang is one of the founders of a company called VoxChina, which is described on its website as a “bridge on economic issues between China and the World”.
