Rich Diviney draws upon 20+ years of experience as a Navy SEAL Officer where he completed more than 13 overseas deployments. Throughout his career, he has achieved multiple leadership positions – including the Commanding Officer of a Navy SEAL Command. Through years of observation, Rich learned to identify the successful attributes of Navy SEAL recruits. He compiled these attributes along with the supporting neuroscience in his book, The Attributes - 25 hidden attributes of optimal performance.
