This weeks Unfiltered Weekly we do a deep dive into the story of Adriana Smith. The 31-year-old registered nurse and mother of one, was declared brain dead in February 2025 after suffering severe blood clots in her brain. At the time, Smith was kept on life support for months, due to her being 8 weeks pregnant and the near abortion ban in Georgia.
