In today's BHI episode I had the pleasure of having Michael Anothony as a special guest. Michael went into discussions on the life lessons he has learned as well as his ability to overcome his life's obstacles. We went into further discussion about the concepts of generational trauma and how it impacts families today. Michael also gets into a discussion on how trauma affects the individual and how it can hinder one's ability to find themselves and their rightful place in the world.
