The voices we hear know an omnipotent being is listening, and that omnipotent being is, of course, us, the listening audience who must, in their way, think on whose prayers they would answer as we are, of course, a benevolent god. Though sometimes an absent one. I Need A Miracle has a really similar vibe to Within The Wires stylistically, which I really enjoy.
