Genesis 18:1–22:24
God appears to Abraham as both guest and judge. Mercy and justice intertwine as Sodom burns and Isaac is offered. Vayeira is the portion of divine paradox: hospitality meets holiness; promise meets pain. Abraham’s willingness to surrender the very promise itself becomes the ultimate act of faith. The covenant matures through obedience refined by fire.
