Retired ATF deputy assistant director Pete Forcelli says he's "appalled" by the new ATF rule re-defining who is "engaged in the business" of dealing firearms. As he shares with Bearing Arms Cam & Co, he believes the entire rule can and should be scrapped since there's now a federal gun trafficking statute that can be used to prosecute individuals funneling guns to criminals.
