John 17 features the longest prayer of Jesus recorded in the Bible. In that prayer, Jesus prays that His followers would enjoy the same kind of unity with each other that Jesus enjoys with His Father. He also prays for God the Father to protect the followers of Jesus by "His name." What does it mean for God to protect us by His name?
