These days it’s easy to joke about needing a drink, but trying to handle the stress of COVID-19 quarantines and working from home can be a real trigger for people in recovery. Emily Lynn Paulson noticed a lack of virtual support groups for moms. She saw groups for women, alcohol-free lifestyles, and 12-step programs, but no communities for mothers. So, she teamed up with fellow sober mom influencers and formed Sober Moms Squad. In just one week, 600 moms have signed up! Hear Emily’s story on today's show.
