Relationships and connections are some of the most important things we need to survive and thrive as human beings. If you look at psychologist Abraham Maslow’s famous hierarchy of needs – love and belonging is right up there after safety and security and food and water. Managing and cultivating relationships is unfortunately not taught and it’s something we
learn from our parents and observing other relationships. Not always the best
examples.
Today we are going to talk about cultivating and reigniting our relationships that may have gone stale. Let’s face it, in these times we are living in it’s easy to neglect what should be one of the most important things in our lives. Carolyn Sharp is a relationship resuscitator and experienced couples’ therapist who works with couples to help get them reconnected and thriving.
