In today’s episode of ‘Be Calm and Relaxed’, we explored the art of meditation for achieving inner peace and calmness. We started with an introduction to calmness and relaxation followed by deep breathing techniques which serve as a gateway to inner peace.
The highlight of today’s session was our calming visualization exercise where we imagined ourselves floating on a tranquil sea, allowing the rhythm of the waves to soothe our mind and body.
We also incorporated affirmations for self-love and acceptance into our practice, reminding ourselves that we are deserving of peace, love, and happiness.
Finally, we discussed how to carry this sense of calmness into our daily lives to improve our overall well-being.
