EPISODE 207 of The Local Small Business Coach Podcast
Why You Need to Stay in Touch with Your Past Customers
In today's episode:
It is Easier (and Cheaper) to Keep a Customer Than to Find New Ones. Too often, we spend our time and energy trying to track down new customers or clients. The reality is we need to do a much better job at keeping and retaining the ones we already have. Not only is it easier, it is much cheaper! We will go over why this is important but also discuss how you can go about this and what you should be checking in with them with. I think you have a great opportunity if you grasp this one best practice.
