Don't be too quick to hop into debt to grow your business. While the new debt might allow you that new truck, tools or some other need, it comes with a cost. You just increased your expenses and start the month in the hole. It should be the exception, not the rule to use debt to grow the business. There are ways for you grow your business by using your retained earnings instead. It is the safer route. When you tweak those processes, you will come up with money as well. Let's discuss further.
