Eden Grinshpan joins us this week to talk all about picking eating and getting our kids to try new foods. Eden is a chef and mom, and she has such great tips on how to introduce new foods to kids. She encourages parents to demonstrate curiosity to their kids when trying something new alongside modeling different ways to interact with a new food. Eden also encourages parents to get their kids involved in the cooking process as a way to help them take ownership over what they’rea eating. Picky eating can be so difficult to address, but helping our kids feel empowered at meal time can go a long way! And of course, Eden shares some great nutritious recipes for parents and kids as well.
